I don't make New Year's Resolutions, but I would like to see Pennsylvania pass a New Year's Resolution: I'd love to see 2013 as the year for Children's Environmental Health Awareness. (focus on the ubiquitous toxins impacting the health of little Pennsylvanians--born and unborn.)
